A great course that introduces you into the world of figurine modelling.  This course will give you all the skills to make these adorable little farmyard animals that can be used as cake toppers and even on cupcakes.  You will surely impress your family, friends and colleagues.

What You Will Learn:

• Learn to make 2 to 3 animals (depending on time), using fondant icing.
• Learn about the different varieties of icings that can be used for these applications.
• Learn how to make your figurines safe for consumption, just in case.
• Learn about the methods for hardening and drying your figurines.
• Learn how to store your figurines for long term preservation.

• All tools (for use in class), icings, and take-home cake box included.

• Tea, coffee and refreshments provided.

• Please bring an apron.
