Gain the very important foundation skills for the wonderful art of piping.  Using a Premium Ready-To-Use Buttercream, you will learn how you can add professional and elegant designs to your cakes, cupcakes and cookies.

Cost includes a Loyal Brand Piping Kit to take home, cake box & board, dummy foam cake.

What You Will Learn:

  • The different varieties of icings & food colourings required for different applications.
  • The importance of icing consistency, piping pressures and angles etc.
  • How to construct a piping bag and how to colour your buttercream.
  • A variety of techniques including, stars, dots, lines, writing, shells, borders, rosettes, leaves, ruffles, ropes, petal pattern, ridges, and many more.  All techniques will be applied to a dummy foam cake.
  • How to use a buttercream comb.

You will learn the beautiful art of piping beautiful buttercream styles and flowers using a variety of tips and techniques, including the very popular Russian piping tips.  Using a premium buttercream, you will be adding to your existing skillset or gaining a new piping technique skillset.

What You Will Learn:
