Methods of Payments Accepted

 

We accept cash, direct deposit & credit card. 

 

Orders

 

Any confirmed order for cakes, cupcakes, cookies and desserts will require a 50% depost of the total order value.  Deposits are not refundable if the order is cancelled within 5 days of the collection date.  Balance of the order is due at the time of collection.

 

Courses

 

All course bookings require a full payment via credit card at the time of the booking.  If you wish to make a payment arrangement, please feel free to contact us via email through the contact page.

 

Cancellations - General

​

• Cancellation notice given 7 days or more prior to the class, will entitle you to a full refund.
• Cancellation notice given between 1 to 6 days prior to the class, will entitle you to a full credit only to transfer to another class within the term.
• Cancellation notice given 24 hours or less, prior to the class, will result in the loss of the full amount paid.
• Not attending a class without cancellation notice will result in the loss of the full amount paid.

In the event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances or low class numbers, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.  We will also offer you a full refund of any money paid or a credit to put towards another class.

 

Cancellations - During a Covid-19 Period

• There will be no refunds for discounted classes scheduled during a covid-19 period, unless there is a change to government related guidelines, restricitons or lock downs.
