A great course that introduces you into the world of flower modelling.  Teaching easy techniques, this course will give you all the skills to make these beautiful flowers that can be used to take your cakes and cupcakes to the next level.  You will surely impress your family, friends and colleagues.

What You Will Learn:

• Learn to make 3 to 4 flowers (depending on time), using fondant icing.
• Use easy cutters that are inexpensive and easy to use.
• Learn about the different varieties of icings that can be used for these applications.
• Learn how to store your flowers for long term preservation.

• All tools (for use in class), icings, and take-home cake box included.

• Tea, coffee and refreshments provided.

• Notes will be emailed after the class.

• Please bring an apron.
